Sweet Cheeks offers a variety of classes teaching you how to massage your baby, bond with your baby and even teaches you developmental activities to do with your baby.  We offer a variety of classes to choose from including, Private in home classes, Daddy and Me classes, Families To Be classes, the Everything Series, the Help Me! Class, and the Quickie Class.  Classes are designed to teach infant massage as well as go a step further to enhance your bond with your baby and provide some support in those uncertain early months.  

The benefits of infant massage are uncountable.  Massaging your baby can help with everything from calming a restless baby to helping ease the discomfort of colic and teething. Massage can help your baby sleep better and longer, create body awareness, ease the muscles of a fast growing body, assist the digestive system, and simply provide some one on one time with you and your baby.
